Falling Behind Already

The weather has been terribly cold lately, so I haven't had a great chance to start  all my seeds indoors. Today I went shopping for some seed starting mix and came out with several additional packets of seeds...

I bought the bulbs for the shallots to see if they work out better than the onion seeds I used last year. The beans will be useful because we are soon out of green beans, and I haven't been able to find lemon verbena so I thought I'd get some lemon balm this year. I'll save the cover crop for the fall and see if that helps next year's soil.
